Tonight, Toby Ng has had his best performance of his Public Speaking at the 70th Speech Festival Prize Winners’ Recital. It was most delightful and engaging.

Getting to be the champion is already not easy. Getting recommended by the adjudicator to be part of the Prize Winners’ Recital out of hundreds of winners is even harder.

Toby has come a long way. The hard work over the years has certainly paid off. It’s indeed been great witnessing Toby’s transformation into a charming speaker! Congratulations again Toby and keep up the good work!! 😃😃👍👍🎉🎉
